Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead scalable learning programs in AI literacy, leadership development, and workforce transformation for enterprise customers. The role owns the portfolio strategy and leads a team translating customer priorities into roadmaps and commercially viable solutions.

The successful candidate will guide content strategy and development, manage priorities, and use data-driven insights to drive portfolio revenue

Qualifications

• Experience leading portfolio strategy and content development for enterprise learning.
• Ability to translate market signals into portfolio roadmaps and content strategies.
• Strong people management with cross-functional execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, AI-enabled work, leadership development, creative skills, professional skills, and workforce transformation programs for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer business challenges, workforce capability needs, market research, competitive insights, and revenue priorities into portfolio strategy, learning-program investments, and content roadmaps.
• Plan for scalable enterprise learning programs and learning journeys that combine digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other learning experiences to achieve customer outcomes.
• Ensure the team delivers products and learning solutions to market on schedule while meeting quality standards and portfolio performance goals.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals, establishing priorities, operating rhythms, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Delivery, and external partners to shape customer solutions, accelerate execution, and support revenue growth.
• Lead research and analysis on emerging workforce, leadership, professional-skills, and AI adoption trends, translating insights into new portfolio opportunities and market-focused solutions.
