Job summary

Pearson seeks a Team Manager, Portfolio Management for Enterprise Content & Training to lead a team creating scalable learning programs for AI literacy and workforce transformation. You will translate customer priorities into content roadmaps and investments, guiding content strategy and portfolio development to drive measurable business outcomes.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong people leadership, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Delivery to align investments

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading teams in portfolio strategy, content development, or learning products.
• Experience translating customer needs and market opportunities into scalable learning solutions and roadmaps.
• Proven ability to evaluate portfolio performance and guide growth with data-driven insights.
• Experience building learning portfolios for workforce transformation, AI skilling, leadership, and professional skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, leadership development, and workforce transformation for enterprise customers.
• Translate customer challenges and market signals into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable learning programs combining digital learning, live training, assessments, credentials, and other formats to achieve outcomes.
• Ensure on-schedule delivery of products and learning solutions with quality and portfolio performance.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals; set priorities and OKRs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Tech, and Delivery to shape customer solutions and accelerate revenue growth.
• Lead research on workforce and AI adoption trends; translate insights into new portfolio opportunities.
