Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop annual and quarterly portfolio roadmaps for AI literacy, leadership, and workforce transformation programs.
• Translate market signals and customer priorities into portfolio strategy and content investments.
• Plan scalable learning programs combining digital learning, live training, assessments, and credentials.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products and learning solutions while meeting quality and portfolio goals.
• Coach and develop a team of portfolio and content professionals; set priorities and OKRs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and external partners to shape solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Lead research on workforce and AI adoption trends; translate insights into opportunities.
