Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a strategic leader to design and drive enterprise learning and development programs across AmAPAC and related regions. You will partner with senior leaders, HR, and Talent Development to identify capability gaps and craft scalable development strategies that align with business priorities.

You will translate business requirements into comprehensive learning solutions, manage leadership programs, frameworks, and career growth experiences, and lead high-visibility initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1-year experience in a learning and development role
• Experience designing and implementing leadership development initiatives at multiple organizational levels
• Experience driving enterprise-wide development programs aligned to business strategy
• Background in organizational development, talent management, or leadership development
• Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders
• Familiarity with competency models, leadership frameworks, and career architecture
• Experience leveraging talent data to measure program effectiveness and inform recommendations
• Knowledge of change management principles and organizational effectiveness practices
• Background within supply chain or other operational environments
• Experience working with senior leaders and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
• May be required to pass a pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise development programs across AmAPAC
• Partner with senior business leaders, HR, and Talent Development teams to identify capability gaps and create development strategies aligned to business priorities
• Conduct organizational needs assessments and translate business requirements into scalable learning and development solutions
• Design and manage leadership and professional development programs
• Manage development frameworks, learning pathways, and career growth experiences
• Consult with leaders on development planning, succession readiness, talent acceleration, and leadership pipeline strategies
• Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to create and curate learning content
• Lead high-visibility development initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
• Establish, monitor, and communicate success metrics including promotion rates, internal mobility, retention, leadership strength, participation, and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with global and regional partners to keep development programs relevant, scalable, and aligned with business needs
• Advise leaders on workforce capability building, organizational effectiveness, and long-term talent development strategies
