CooperSurgical is seeking an Enterprise Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver an enterprise-wide learning strategy that builds capability across functions. You’ll partner with business leaders to enable performance through customer-facing, operational, and leadership skills in a hybrid work setting.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled coaching, behavioral assessments, and data-driven improvement across Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-7 years experience, including 3+ years in Learning & Development and 2+ years in Sales Enablement or related fields.
• Experience supporting multiple functions across Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Corporate teams.
• Strong facilitation, instructional design, and program management skills.
• Experience leveraging technology and AI in learning environments.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute enterprise-wide learning strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build scalable learning ecosystems across functions to enable performance.
• Establish governance and structured learning pathways; measure business impact.
• Develop programs on consultative selling, account management, and service excellence.
• Align training with end-to-end customer journey performance across teams.
• Partner with IT to embed learning in workflows and drive digital fluency.
