Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager, Learning & Development to own and optimize the enterprise learning ecosystem, partnering with HRIS to refine Workday Learning and Sana AI. You will design scalable, engaging programs across onboarding, leadership development, and ongoing capability building.

Responsibilities include administering Workday Learning, leveraging AI for personalized learning, coordinating with vendors, and measuring impact through analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in L&D/OD/HR or related field.
• 7+ years progressive L&D/Talent Development/Instructional Design experience.
• Experience with enterprise LMS administration, preferably Workday Learning.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise learning strategy and governance; align with business priorities.
• Administer Workday Learning and Sana AI ecosystems with HRIS on governance and integrations.
• Apply AI-enabled learning to personalize and engage content.
• Design and maintain instructor-led, virtual, eLearning, and microlearning experiences.
• Manage learning operations: calendars, logistics, communications, compliance tracking, content updates.
• Facilitate enterprise programs and coach SMEs/facilitators.
• Partner with leaders to assess needs and scale solutions.
• Manage external vendors/content providers and licensing.
