Job summary

CooperSurgical is seeking a Learning & Development leader to transform inside sales into a high-performing function. You will design and deliver training programs, align initiatives with revenue goals, and collaborate with Marketing, Medical, and other stakeholders to ensure messaging and product knowledge are current.

This is a remote role with travel up to 30–50% as needed. Ideal candidates will have a background in L&D, experience with eLearning, strong project management, and familiarity

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development or training leadership roles.
• Background in women’s health or medical device industry.
• Experience designing eLearning and leveraging learning technologies.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM and inside sales platforms (e.g., phone systems, virtual engagement tools).

Responsibilities

• Inside Sales Capability Development: design and deliver a comprehensive learning strategy for inside sales roles across supported business units.
• Curriculum Design & Delivery: develop blended learning programs for new hires and tenured inside sales professionals.
• Strategic Business Alignment: partner with sales leadership to align learning initiatives with revenue goals and growth priorities.
• Content Development & SME Leadership: serve as the subject matter expert for inside sales excellence and develop compliant training materials.
• Learning Measurement & Impact: apply ADDIE, set objectives, measure effectiveness and adjust programs.
