Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, Instructional Design or related field plus 4 years of experience in instructional design and/or development OR 8 years of experience in Human Resource Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design
• Proven experience leading small to mid-sized learning design/development projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of multiple modalities in instructional design
• Communicate effectively in visual, verbal and written form
• Demonstrated ability in mentoring and coaching
• Technical aptitude and analytical skill set
• Sound inductive and deductive reasoning
• Analyze information and evaluate results to identify appropriate solutions
• Overcome obstacles by developing solutions to meet individual and departmental goals
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, subject matter experts

Responsibilities

• Coordinate curricula initiatives from needs analysis to design strategy and development of adult learning solutions
• Oversee instructional design for instructor-led, web-based, and blended formats
• Manage communication plans, curriculum maintenance, and project management activities
• Ensure curricula readiness and evaluate learning and business outcomes
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and external partners
