Job summary

Equifax, Inc. is seeking a Sales Learning & Organizational Development Consultant to design, develop, and deliver high-impact L&D programs across Workforce Solutions.

You will partner with sales leadership, HRBPs, and Global Talent Management to diagnose performance gaps and drive measurable results across the employee lifecycle. You will lead multi-modal learning solutions, coach sales teams, and implement analytics to evaluate ROI while reinforcing sales methodologies like Sprint Selling and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in L&D or Sales Training within a global, matrixed environment.
• Deep expertise in adult learning theory, ADDIE/SAM, needs analysis, ROI evaluation.
• Experience designing or delivering learning programs for sales/revenue organizations including Sprint Selling/MEDDPICC.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning strategies aligned with business objectives and talent development needs.
• Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and core learning priorities.
• Design, develop, and deliver multi-modal learning solutions (ILT, eLearning, workshops, simulations, digital).
• Assess and diagnose sales performance gaps; recommend practical solutions.
• Provide sales training, coaching, and mentoring to sales teams and leaders.
• Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual sessions on organizational change and leadership development.
• Reinforce established sales methodologies (Sprint Selling, MEDDPICC) during training.
• Collaborate with Sales Operations & Enablement to curate timely, high-quality training content.
• Consult with business leaders and HR to diagnose root causes and drive ROI-driven interventions.
• Collaborate with WS Talent Management for upskilling and dissemination of best practices.
• Implement analytics to evaluate learning effectiveness and ROI; continuously improve programs.
• Continuously challenge the status quo for program enhancements.
