You will guide Learning Experience Designers, Content Developers, and rotational staff, ensuring standards across instructional design, visuals, accessibility, and technology.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in instructional design or learning design leadership.
• Experience coaching design professionals or content teams.
• Strong understanding of adult learning and design methodologies.
• Ability to review materials with detailed instructional quality feedback.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Learning Experience Designers and Content Developers.
• Set and enforce design standards for instructional, visual, accessible, and technical quality.
• Provide actionable feedback to improve instructional effectiveness and learner experience.
• Manage workload, priorities, and deadlines for timely delivery.
• Select appropriate learning solutions including e-learning, videos, and job aids.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to align learning with business needs.
• Drive scalable, capability-based learning models embedded in daily work.
• Promote learning technology adoption, innovative design, and AI tools.
