Job summary

Adobe is seeking an Instructional Designer to join its Transformation Office and support the Helix program. You will design, develop, and deliver role-based learning experiences that prepare employees and partners for new processes and systems.

You will collaborate with Change Managers, SMEs, and stakeholders to ensure content is current and impactful across global teams, leveraging eLearning, simulations, and vILT to drive adoption.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with persona-based learning design and curricula aligned to outcomes.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale learning solutions for transformation programs.
• Ability to create on-demand content with tools like Captivate, Rise, Storyline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Change Managers and stakeholders to design learning experiences.
• Develop role-based curricula, learning journeys, and training plans.
• Translate complex processes into learner-friendly content for various personas.
• Create eLearning modules, simulations, job aids, videos, and vILT materials.
• Maintain content as requirements evolve; support governance and content review.
