Job summary

Farmers Insurance Careers Mexico is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and measure learning solutions that boost capabilities and business results across the organization.

You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to translate challenges into effective learning experiences, including instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, videos, and digital tooling. Strong instructional design and consulting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in instructional design, learning experience design, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Design, Technology, or related field preferred.
• Fluent English with international stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and online environments.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience with storyboarding, course development, visual design, and learning content production.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Rise and Storyline.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning technologies.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar visual design tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses for new and existing programs.
• Design end‑to‑end learning solutions aligned with objectives and learner needs.
• Develop curricula, materials, and performance support tools.
• Apply adult learning principles and innovative techniques to engage learners.
• Create storyboards, learning journeys, and digital content.
• Select formats and technologies based on audience and outcomes.
• Research emerging learning technologies and trends to improve solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to design effective solutions.
• Lead consultations and meetings to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Analyze learner outcomes and business results to drive improvements.
