Farmers Insurance is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and measure learning solutions that build capabilities across a remote team. The role partners with leaders, trainers, and subject matter experts to translate business challenges into effective learning experiences, using Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required with ability to communicate with international stakeholders.
• Experience designing scalable learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and online environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Design, Technology, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses for programs and identify capability gaps.
• Develop curricula, instructor-led materials, virtual learning, e-learning, job aids, and performance support tools.
• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create engaging experiences.
• Collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to translate needs into effective solutions.
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions and measure business impact.
