Capgemini is seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design, develop, and measure learning solutions for University of Farmers. You’ll own end-to-end projects from analysis to evaluation, partnering with business leaders, trainers, and SMEs to translate business challenges into effective learning experiences.

The role requires instructional design expertise, experience with Articulate 360 (Rise/Storyline), and familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or educational content development.
• Fluent English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international stakeholders.
• Experienced in designing scalable learning solutions across classroom, virtual, and online environments.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Experience with storyboard development and course material production.
• Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset to connect learning to business results.

Responsabilités

• Conduct learning and performance needs analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions aligned with objectives and learner needs.
• Develop curricula, certificates, ILT materials, e-learning, and performance support tools.
• Apply adult learning principles and innovative techniques for engaging experiences.
• Create storyboards, learning journeys, course materials, and interactive content.
• Use tools like Articulate 360, Rise, and Storyline to develop content.
• Recommend delivery formats and technologies based on audience and outcomes.
• Research emerging learning technologies and industry trends to improve solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders, SMEs, trainers, and stakeholders to address business challenges.
