Job summary

cyberThink is seeking a Training Architect to design and deliver enterprise learning programs. This contract role (6 months) supports a Sacramento client with a remote-friendly setup, focusing on ILT, VILT, blended, and enterprise skilling strategies.

You will lead solution design, commercial planning, staffing, and delivery readiness, collaborating across Sales, Product, Training Operations, Delivery Management, Customer Success, Content, and Finance to drive scalable outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
5+ years of experience in solution architecture, consulting, learning services, program management, sales engineering, or training operations.
Experience designing enterprise learning, workforce skilling, or professional training solutions.
Strong understanding of ILT, VILT, blended learning, and enterprise delivery models.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end learning solutions utilizing ILT, VILT, private group, public enrollment, and blended delivery models.
Develop statements of work, implementation plans, delivery assumptions, and solution proposals.
Define instructor, facilitator, and operational staffing requirements and schedules.
Partner with Sales and Business Development to support customer presentations, proposal responses, and opportunities.
Ensure proposed solutions align with capabilities, quality standards, and business objectives.
