Qualifications

• Extensive instructional design experience with ADDIE, SAM, or similar methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) or similar authoring tools.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical content into learning experiences.
• Strong visual design judgment and adherence to brand standards.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement learning solutions aligned to business needs and adult learning best practices.
• Translate highly technical content into clear, engaging instructional materials.
• Ensure quality standards across instructional effectiveness, technical functionality, visual design, and accessibility compliance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure accuracy and impact.
• Manage multiple learning projects, including planning, timelines, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.
