Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Human Resource Development, Educational Technology, or a related field. - Required
• 5 years of experience in Learning architecture, instructional design, or a similar role, with proven experience designing learning solutions that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessment with stakeholders and SMEs to identify gaps in knowledge, skill, and performance and align learning solutions with business goals and KPIs.
• Lead the design of comprehensive learning solutions by creating detailed storyboards and design plans that adhere to adult learning principles, maximize engagement and retention, and hand off to Instructional Developers for development.
• Manage relationships with key business stakeholders, ensuring learning solutions align with strategic objectives and expectations are met.
• Design and implement evaluation strategies (e.g. Kirkpatrick Levels 1-4) to measure effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Drive innovation by integrating relevant technologies, such as simulations and complex learner interactions, to enhance engagement and outcomes.
