Job summary

ARCO seeks a Learning & Development Specialist to coordinate enterprise learning programs, manage events, and support content development. You will prepare facilitators, refine materials, and ensure a high-quality learner experience across teams.

This role emphasizes data-driven improvements and cross-functional collaboration. Ideal candidates bring LMS experience, strong communication, and the ability to balance priorities in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive team member with attention to detail and urgency.
• Experience sourcing and managing event vendors.
• Ability to balance priorities and push back on stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project and stakeholder management practices.
• Flexible, adaptable and solutions-oriented.
• Experience with event management or project management.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems preferred.
• Experience with public speaking or facilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise learning programs from planning to completion.
• Support training events by coordinating vendors and internal partners.
• Prepare facilitators with agendas, materials, talking points.
• Create and refine learning materials and job aids.
• Facilitate content and activities in a clear, engaging way.
• Build relationships across teams to align priorities.
• Use the LMS to manage enrollments, learner records, reporting and admin.
• Analyze learner data to evaluate effectiveness and inform recommendations.
• Improve processes, tools, content, and communications.
• Use AI tools and Articulate to support engaging learning experiences.
