Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a skilled Partner Solutions professional to join the Partner Solutions Acceleration team, developing solution acceleration strategies for the service management ecosystem and helping partners accelerate value across the Atlassian portfolio.

You will support partners through deal cycles with technical expertise and thought leadership, and collaborate with product management to identify opportunities and provide market feedback, in a distributed, flexible work environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with channel partners in pre-sales, consulting, or delivery.
• Strong familiarity with Atlassian products, especially Jira Service Management.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks like ITIL 4 and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Partner Solutions Acceleration team to develop solution acceleration strategies for the service management ecosystem.
• Support partners through deal cycles, providing technical expertise and thought leadership.
