Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth in data center solutions through ITAD, reverse logistics, and remarketing across the United States.

You will target enterprise operators, hyperscalers, colocation providers and technology vendors, converting cold opportunities into high-value, long-term partnerships while coordinating with product, operations and finance teams to deliver superior service.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales or business development in ITAD/reverse logistics or related IT asset disposition.
• Proven ability to prospect, qualify, and close complex enterprise deals.
• Strong capability to draft formal proposals and deliver executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound multi-channel prospecting to identify decision-makers and new accounts.
• Manage full deal cycle from discovery to contract execution with tailored proposals.
• Monitor market trends and competitor landscapes to identify untapped enterprise accounts.
• Represent the company at industry events to generate qualified leads and partnerships.
• Build trust across procurement, operations, and IT stakeholders while coordinating with internal teams.
