Job summary

Beyondsoft is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Director to drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth within the Data Center ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of the data center industry, an established network of industry relationships, and a proven track record of securing IT services, engineering, and technology consulting contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in business development or enterprise sales within IT services, engineering services, or technology consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in the data center industry with a track record of personally securing data center-related service contracts.
• Existing relationships within major hyperscalers, colocation providers, or data center infrastructure organizations.
• Strong consultative/solution-based selling experience.
• Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles, including RFPs and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive new client acquisition within the data center ecosystem.
• Identify, engage, and secure new enterprise clients, hyperscalers, data center operators, and technology partners.
• Lead the end-to-end sales cycle — from opportunity identification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Develop account growth strategies with existing clients, positioning Beyondsoft as a long-term strategic partner.
• Identify opportunities across data center IT infrastructure, managed services, engineering, and automation.
• Own and deliver assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Represent Beyondsoft at industry conferences, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Collaborate across global sales, marketing, engineering, and delivery teams.
