Full Circle Electronics LLC seeks an Enterprise Business Development Manager to drive data center client acquisition for ITAD and data center services, focusing on hyperscale, colocation, cloud, and enterprise accounts. You will build a nationwide pipeline, engage senior stakeholders across facilities, IT, and security, and manage partnerships for asset disposition and ESG outcomes.

Willingness to travel nationally is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of enterprise sales or business development experience in data centers or related industries.
• Proven ability to engage and influence technical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Track record of exceeding sales targets in complex, multi-site or national accounts.
• Experience using CRM systems and navigating enterprise procurement processes.

Responsabilités

• Identify and target data center operators, hyperscalers, colocation providers, cloud providers, and enterprise data center portfolios.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of new data center clients through outreach and campaigns.
• Engage decision-makers across facilities, IT, procurement, and security teams with tailored messaging.
• Develop long-term partnerships with data center clients for ongoing refresh cycles and asset disposition.
• Support relationships with IT leasing/financing partners to facilitate end-of-lease disposition.
• Represent the company at industry events and lead multi-site sales initiatives.
