The Office of Management and Enterprise Services in Tecumseh, Oklahoma seeks a Computer Support Technician I to join the in-office team, delivering end-user support, device provisioning, and enterprise troubleshooting across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android platforms.
You will handle imaging, software installation, hardware replacement, and VPN/network issues while meeting SLA expectations, collaborating with statewide locations and participating in on-call rotations as required.

Work is usually performed in office environment with moderate noise levels. Requires extended periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication. Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and reaching may be required. Requires travel between statewide agency locations based on operational needs. May be required to lift and transport IT equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
Preference will be given to candidates who possess this relevant information technology experience with the state agency.
