Job summary

Serverfarm is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide desktop and mobile system support across Windows 11, macOS, iOS, and Android. You will manage device lifecycle, software installs, and endpoint security, ensuring data handling and policy adherence.

You will administer Microsoft 365, Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange and Teams, deploy NinjaOne and Intune, and support productivity tools like Office, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. Collaboration with the People Team for onboarding is included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting desktop and mobile devices across multiple OS.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 including Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange and Teams.
• Familiarity with device lifecycle management and secure data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and mobile system support across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android.
• Manage device lifecycle from procurement through retirement with secure data handling.
• Administer Microsoft 365 suite including Entra, SharePoint, Defender, Exchange and Teams.
• Implement NinjaOne and Intune for device and app management.
• Maintain endpoint security policies with Microsoft Defender.
• Support productivity tools including Microsoft Office.
• Assist with deployment of AutoCAD and Bluebeam.
• Handle service requests via Freshservice with timely resolutions.
• Document configurations and collaborate with People Team for onboarding.
