Job summary

Onealmfgservices is seeking an IT Associate to provide frontline technical support and assist in administering our technology systems. You will manage user accounts, licensing, hardware deployment, and collaborate with our MSP to maintain secure, efficient IT operations.

The role involves supporting Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, ERP systems, and business applications, while ensuring compliance and cybersecurity measures across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience administering user accounts and onboarding/offboarding.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with software licensing and asset management.
• Ability to coordinate with MSP and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and disable user accounts in M365/AAD.
• Provide first-level hardware, software, network, and app support.
• Configure and deploy company devices; maintain asset inventories.
• Support ERP and cybersecurity initiatives as needed.
