Job summary

ARCO Companies seeks a motivated IT Help Desk professional to maintain reliable connectivity and support end-user technology across the organization. You will coordinate with internal IT teams and external providers to resolve issues quickly and minimize business disruption.

Responsibilities include deploying hardware, supporting Windows 10, Office 365, VPN, and AD/Exchange environments, as well as aiding with Procore implementation. Strong customer service and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2–4 years related IT/help desk experience preferred.
• Clear and professional communication, verbal and written.
• Pleasant, patient and friendly attitude.
• Strong decision-making and analytical abilities.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Hardware deployments and replacements (workstations, laptops, mobile devices).
• Hardware and software support (Windows 10, Office 365, printers, iOS/Android devices).
• Application installation and support (Outlook, Office Suite, VPN).
• Basic LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi support and troubleshooting.
• Office 365 support and administration.
• New computer/user setup in AD/Exchange environment.
• Interface between end-users and other tech professionals.
• Assist in researching and recommending new hardware/software.
• Support Enterprise-wide Procore implementation and integration.
