Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Service Delivery/Account Governance leader to own end-to-end delivery across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You will manage executive relationships, present quarterly reviews, and drive incident resolution with technical teams to ensure contractual SLAs are met.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own the P&L for assigned accounts, and push automation to reduce MTTR and cost-to-serve, while guiding a global delivery workforce and partner with NOC/SOC

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services.
• 5+ years in a client-facing service delivery leadership role.
• 5+ years managing full-stack infrastructure environments (hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, EUC).
• 2+ years leading geographically distributed teams in 24x7 models.
• 2+ years with monitoring/observability tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery across hybrid cloud and on-premises, network and EUC.
• Ensure SLAs, OLAs and KPIs; drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Lead ITIL-aligned service management lifecycle (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity).
• Partner with NOC, SOC, and infra teams for 24x7 service continuity.
• Drive SIPs and automation to improve MTTR and cost-to-serve.
• Manage P&L, forecast workforce and infra costs; lead commercial discussions.
