Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior IT infrastructure operations leader to own end-to-end managed services delivery for enterprise clients. This role combines executive relationship management with operational governance across hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, and end-user computing.

You will lead multi-disciplinary global teams, drive service improvements, and oversee P&L while partnering with NOC/SOC and client executives to ensure SLA achievement and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations.
• 5+ years in client-facing service delivery leadership.
• 5+ years managing full-stack infrastructure environments (hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, EUC).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across hybrid cloud and on-premises, network and EUC services.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and QSRs with client CIO/CTO/CISO.
• Manage SLA/OLA/KPIs and drive incident resolution with technical teams.
• Define SIPs and drive automation to improve MTTR and reduce cost-to-serve.
