Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure ops or managed services.
• 5+ years in client-facing service delivery leadership.
• 5+ years managing full‑stack infra: hybrid cloud, on‑prem, network, EUC.
• 2+ years leading distributed teams in 24x7 ops.
• 2+ years with monitoring/observability tools and automation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own executive relationships and lead EBRS/QSRs with CIO/CTO/CISO.
• Ensure SLA/OLA/KPI delivery and perform root-cause analysis.
• Oversee ITIL service lifecycle: incident, problem, change.
• Own P&L and forecast costs; manage margins and renewals.
• Lead global delivery teams; manage vendors and travel as needed.
