Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior delivery leader to own end-to-end IT infrastructure services for enterprise accounts. The role spans hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, and end-user computing, with accountability for SLAs, OLAs, and KPI performance.

The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams globally, drive service improvements, and partner with NOC/SOC to ensure 24x7 continuity, while managing P&L and financial forecasting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services.
• At least 5 years in a client-facing service delivery leadership role.
• Experience managing full-stack infrastructure: hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, EUC.
• 2+ years leading distributed, cross-functional teams in a 24x7 model.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and automation tooling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of accountability for enterprise client accounts.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Service Reviews with data and roadmaps.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CIO/CTO/CISO and senior stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end delivery across hybrid cloud, on-prem, network and EUC services.
• Define SIPs and drive automation to reduce MTTR and cost-to-serve.
