Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior IT infrastructure and service delivery leader to own end-to-end delivery for large enterprise accounts. You will manage hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments, drive executive reviews, and partner with CIOs/CTOs to align strategies with business goals.

You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, control budgets and margins, and push automation to reduce MTTR and costs while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services.
• Minimum 5+ years in a client-facing service delivery leadership role.
• Experience managing full-stack infrastructure environments (hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, EUC).
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar client accounts and P&L ownership.
• Experience leading geographically distributed, 24x7 teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior point of accountability for enterprise client accounts.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Service Reviews (QSRs).
• Build relationships with C-level stakeholders to align priorities.
• Own end-to-end delivery across hybrid cloud, on-prem, network and EUC.
• Define and drive service improvement plans and automation initiatives.
• Oversee ITIL-based service management and incident lifecycle.
• Manage revenue, costs, and contract renewals.
