Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior IT infrastructure delivery leader in the United States to own end-to-end managed services across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments. You will partner with executives, drive incident resolution, and oversee a cross-functional team delivering services with strong governance.

The role emphasizes financial stewardship, vendor management, and continuous improvement, with travel as required to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services with 5+ years in client-facing leadership.
• At least 5+ years managing hybrid cloud, on-premise, network and EUC environments.
• Minimum 5+ years handling multi-million-dollar client accounts with P&L oversight.
• 2+ years leading distributed cross-functional teams in a 24x7 model.
• 2+ years using monitoring/observability and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across hybrid cloud and on-premises services.
• Lead executive reviews and establish trusted relationships with CIO/CTO/CISO.
• Drive service improvement plans and operational excellence initiatives.
• Oversee ITIL-aligned service management lifecycle and incident response.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract amendments; travel as needed.
