Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior leader to own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure managed services for enterprise clients in the US. You will manage hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, and end-user computing while driving contractual SLAs and ongoing improvement initiatives.

You will lead executive reviews, build relationships with CIO/CTO/CISO, and guide a distributed team across the globe, ensuring client outcomes and profitable delivery. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services, with 5+ years in client-facing leadership.
• 5+ years in full-stack infrastructure: hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, EUC.
• 5+ years managing multi-million-dollar client accounts and P&L in MSP/outsourcing.
• 2+ years leading distributed teams in 24x7 operations.
• 2+ years using observability and automation tooling (Dynatrace, Datadog, SolarWinds, Ansible, Terraform).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior accountability across one or more enterprise client accounts.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews and Quarterly Service Reviews.
• Build trusted relationships with CIO/CTO/CISO to align priorities.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with account and sales teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery across hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, and EUC.
• Ensure SLAs/OLAs/KPIs; drive root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Oversee ITIL service lifecycle and 24x7 operations with NOC/SOC.
