Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior Service Delivery Leader to own end-to-end delivery for enterprise clients across hybrid cloud, on‑premises, and end-user computing. You will lead executive reviews, build trusted C-level relationships, and drive continuous improvement while managing a global delivery team.

Responsibilities include P&L ownership, SLA governance, and coordinating with NOC/SOC to ensure 24x7 service continuity. Travel may be required to meet client needs and drive outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services.
• 5+ years experience managing full-stack infrastructure environments: hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, EUC.
• 5+ years experience managing multi-million-dollar client accounts and P&L ownership.
• 2+ years experience leading geographically distributed teams in a 24x7 model.
• 2+ years experience with monitoring/observability tools and automation tooling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior point of accountability for one or more enterprise client accounts across the managed services portfolio.
• Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) and Quarterly Service Reviews (QSRs), presenting performance data, risks, and improvement roadmaps.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with CIO, CTO, CISO to understand evolving business priorities.
• Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with account and sales teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery accountability across hybrid cloud, on-prem, network, and EUC services.
• Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs; drive root cause analysis and remediation for chronic underperformance.
• Oversee ITIL-aligned service management lifecycle including Incident, Problem, Change, and Capacity Management.
• Partner with NOC, SOC, and infrastructure teams to ensure 24x7 service continuity.
• Travel may be required; travel amount can vary 0 to 100% depending on client needs.
