Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced IT infrastructure leader to own end-to-end service delivery across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments. You will manage executive client relationships, drive quarterly business reviews, and ensure SLA adherence while guiding a global delivery team in a 24x7 model.

The role requires deep expertise in cloud, network and end-user computing, with a track record of optimizing MTTR and delivering continuous improvement across complex accounts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure operations or managed services.
• 5+ years in client-facing service delivery leadership.
• 5+ years managing hybrid cloud, on-prem, network and EUC environments.
• 2+ years leading distributed teams in 24x7 operations.
• 2+ years with observability platforms and automation tooling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; higher degrees optional.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end service delivery accountability across hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.
• Ensure SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs are met and drive remediation of chronic issues.
• Lead ITIL-aligned Incident, Problem, Change and Capacity management.
• Collaborate with NOC, SOC, and infrastructure teams to ensure 24x7 service continuity.
• Define SIPs and drive automation to improve MTTR and cost-to-serve.
• Manage client relationships with CIO/CTO/CISO peers and lead executive reviews.
