Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong API security, OAuth and OIDC knowledge.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, webhooks, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
• Build and enhance the Console.ai integration layer and related automation solutions.
• Integrate enterprise systems including identity platforms, HRIS, endpoint management, ticketing, and collaboration tools.
• Develop resilient workflows with strong error handling, logging, and observability.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for interfaces and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.
• Ensure integrations meet security, authentication, and compliance requirements.
