Job summary

Ice Capital Recruitment seeks an experienced Integration Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise integrations while applying DevOps, cloud, and security best practices to improve system reliability, automation, and performance.

The role focuses on REST/SOAP integrations, Workday connectivity, and building robust CI/CD pipelines across cloud environments, with emphasis on security and incident response.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ Years experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, middleware, and integration patterns.
• Experience with CI/CD, source control, automated deployments, and monitoring.
• Scripting and automation experience.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and application lifecycle management.
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop and maintain integrations with enterprise platforms such as Workday and other business applications.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, and DevOps processes.
• Manage cloud-based integrations, application connectivity, data flows, and deployment environments.
• Implement security practices including OAuth, SAML, SSO, identity provisioning, authentication, and data protection.
• Monitor integrations and cloud environments using logging, alerting, and performance monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot integration, application, cloud, and deployment issues across development, testing, and production environments.
• Support releases, testing, change management, production deployments, and incident response.
• Collaborate with developers, infrastructure, security teams, business stakeholders, and vendors.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, runbooks, and support procedures.
