Qualifications

• Experience running corporate IT and enterprise systems end to end in a fast-growing startup.
• Hands-on experience with identity and access systems, productivity platforms, and business-critical applications.
• Strong ability to reason about changes and minimize disruption.

Responsibilities

• Manage access: identity, permissions, and provisioning across Fleet's systems.
• Keep transitions boring: onboarding/offboarding, devices, accounts.
• Maintain corporate systems: devices, networks, and shared tech; resolve incidents.
• Automate the function: use scripts, APIs, and workflows to reduce manual work.
• Manage vendors and tooling: licensing, utilization, escalations, expansion decisions.
