Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience coaching junior teammates and setting team standards
• Knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl)
• Experience building and operating cloud-based systems (AWS) and identity management
• Familiarity with iPaaS platforms and enterprise email deliverability is a plus

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve automation and integration problems across teams
• Design, build, and own automations and integrations for identity & access management and security
• Lead cross-organisational projects to evolve corporate IT infrastructure
• Govern and promote automation and AI adoption to reduce friction
• Participate in bleeding-edge tooling and beta testing to optimise the organisation
• Drive IT incident response with InfoSec and engineering teams
• Lead initiatives to align with company values and raise performance
• Integrate AI tooling and maintain no-code infrastructure with tools like Tines and Workato
