Job summary

Stand Together is seeking a Technology Solutions Engineer to own reliability and integrations across HR, finance, and operations. You will design API-driven integrations, automate manual processes, and troubleshoot complex issues in production to keep systems healthy.

You will partner with business teams, analyze workflows, and apply ITSM practices to drive durable improvements. This role offers collaboration across engineering, security, data, and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering or related technical role.
• Experience owning production applications or tech solutions.
• Hands-on with system integrations and data flows.
• Knowledge of incident and change management practices.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own technical health and production reliability of enterprise apps across HR, finance, and operations.
• Design, build, and maintain API-driven integrations and data workflows.
• Identify manual processes and develop automation solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, data, and infra layers.
• Lead or support root-cause analysis for production incidents.
• Support releases and deployments, including testing and change coordination.
• Maintain documentation of system architecture and data flows.
• Apply ITSM practices for incident, problem, and change management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design enterprise solutions.
• Evaluate emerging technologies like AI to improve operations.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
