Job summary

Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking a Technology Solutions Engineer to own the reliability and integration of enterprise applications across HR, finance, and operations. You will translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and design API-driven data workflows that connect internal services with third‑party platforms.

You will identify manual processes, develop automation to increase accuracy, and support deployments while maintaining clear documentation and strong incident

Qualifications

• Experience designing or supporting system integrations using REST or SOAP APIs.
• Strong SQL querying and data troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Java.
• Ability to troubleshoot across interconnected applications, integrations, and data flows.
• Experience with incident, problem, and change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health and reliability of a portfolio of enterprise applications across HR, finance, and operations.
• Design, build, and maintain API-driven integrations and data workflows.
• Identify manual processes and develop automation solutions to reduce repetitive work.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, data, and infrastructure layers.
• Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents and drive durable improvements.
• Support releases and production deployments, including testing and change coordination.
• Document system architecture, integrations, and data flows clearly.
