Job summary

Stand Together in Arlington, VA is seeking a Technology Solutions Engineer to own reliability, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise apps supporting HR, finance, and operations.

You will design API-driven integrations, automate manual processes, troubleshoot across applications and data flows, and partner with business and tech teams to translate needs into scalable, reliable solutions that empower the organization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering or related tech role.
• Experience owning business-critical applications in production.
• Hands-on in system integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, SFTP.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health and production reliability of enterprise apps across HR, finance, and operations.
• Design, build, and maintain API-driven integrations and data workflows connecting enterprise apps and third-party platforms.
• Identify manual processes and develop automation to reduce repetitive work and improve accuracy.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across application, integration, data, and infra layers.
• Lead root-cause analysis for production incidents and implement durable improvements.
• Support releases and post-release stabilization, including testing and coordination.
• Maintain architecture documentation and technical standards.
