Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer – IT Automation & Integrations to design, build, and maintain enterprise integrations, internal platforms, and AI-enabled automation solutions. This role will focus on connecting identity, HR, endpoint management, collaboration, and service management systems through scalable, event-driven architectures and robust integration frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have strong software engineering fundamentals, expertise in API development and automation, and experience building enterprise-grade integrations that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain APIs, webhooks, microservices, and event-driven integrations.
• Build and enhance the Console.ai integration layer and related internal automation solutions.
• Integrate enterprise systems including identity platforms, HRIS, endpoint management, ticketing, and collaboration tools.
• Develop resilient workflows with robust error handling, retry mechanisms, idempotency, logging, and observability.
• Implement automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable software delivery.
• Deliver solutions through structured repositories, version control, and peer-reviewed pull requests.
• Create and maintain technical documentation covering integrations, interfaces, dependencies, security controls, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and optimize business processes.
• Ensure integrations adhere to enterprise security, authentication, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming experience in one or more of the following:
• Python
• TypeScript

• Similar modern programming languages
• Experience designing and developing:

• Asynchronous processing workflows
