American Fidelity is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager with 2+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience to grow worksite insurance products in a defined K-12 school territory. You will build lasting relationships, assess client needs, and present tailored employee benefit solutions.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions, comprehensive benefits, and extensive training in a structured career path from Account Manager up to Executive roles.

Qualifications

• Two years’ sales experience with a demonstrated pattern of success with career growth, sales successes and sales awards
• Customer Service Skills
• Ability to pass financial, criminal, and motor vehicle background checks

Responsibilities

• Focus on growing and maintaining existing K-12 School accounts by one-on-one sales of worksite insurance products and services to the community.
• Consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs.
• Build strong relationships with customers and association executives.
• Develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages through annual benefit enrollments and group presentations.
