Job summary

LogicGate is hiring Implementation Services Managers to own customer onboarding from kickoff through rollout, delivering GRC and platform expertise to accelerate value realization. You will guide multiple concurrent implementations, balancing project timelines with deep product configuration and executive stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical consulting, software implementation, or enterprise project management
• Experience with B2B SaaS implementations and customer-facing roles
• Foundational or practitioner experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or cybersecurity
• Hands-on familiarity with customer success platforms and standard PM software
• Strong written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new customer implementations from kickoff through rollout
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with focus on milestones and risk management
• Lead discovery to document client requirements and map workflows
• Advise customers on implementation strategies aligned with GRC maturity
• Configure Risk Cloud applications for enterprise use cases in collaboration with client teams
• Track project delivery time and resource utilization for revenue recognition
• Build trusted relationships across customer organizations and executive sponsors
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineering, CS, and Product to smooth handoffs
• Leverage AI features to accelerate risk assessments and automate evidence collection
