LogicGate seeks a Professional Services Manager to own complex customer engagements from discovery through architecture and advanced configuration of Risk Cloud solutions. You will partner with enterprise risk teams to translate business objectives into scalable platform workflows and ensure account health and delivery excellence.

The role emphasizes autonomous execution, executive-level communication, and the ability to travel for on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Advanced technical and solution-architecture skills for enterprise clients and ability to communicate LogicGate principles to executives.
• AI literacy and curiosity to leverage AI tools in workflow design and delivery.
• Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication for C-level risk leaders.
• Autonomous execution with rigorous scope management and risk mitigation.
• Willingness to travel for on-site engagements and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead bespoke professional services projects end-to-end, including discovery, architecture, and documented business outcomes.
• Architect and configure advanced Risk Cloud workflows and data models for complex GRC use cases.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate configuration timelines and increase ROI.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk, delegating to junior staff as needed.
• Provide strategic GRC advisory across enterprise risk, third-party risk, and audit perspectives.
• Drive quick wins and value demonstrations to show platform ROI early in engagements.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, and Product teams for smooth handoffs and portfolio expansion.
• Mentor junior consultants and share configuration best practices.
