Job summary

LogicGate, the leading AI GRC platform, is seeking a Professional Services Manager in a hybrid role based in Bellevue, WA or Chicago, IL. You will own complex customer engagements end-to-end, translating business objectives into tailored Risk Cloud workflows and maintaining delivery excellence.

This is an individual-contributor role that blends enterprise risk advisory with advanced SaaS configuration and AI technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in professional services, SaaS consulting, or enterprise implementation.
• Advanced technical and solution-architecture skills.
• AI literacy and curiosity.
• Executive presence and stakeholder management.
• Autonomous execution and scope ownership.
• Willingness to travel for on-site engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own complex professional services projects end-to-end, conducting deep-dive discovery to define requirements and architect solutions.
• Architect and configure advanced Risk Cloud workflows and data models for complex GRC use cases.
• Leverage AI-assisted workflows to accelerate configuration and demonstration of value.
• Autonomously manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risks; triage requests and mentor juniors.
• Provide strategic GRC advisory across enterprise risk, compliance, third-party risk, and audit.
• Drive early value realization and ROI demonstrations within engagements.
• Collaborate across Success, Sales, Account Executives, and Product teams for seamless handoffs and growth.
• Mentor and share knowledge within the Professional Services team.
