Blink, a mobile-first employee experience platform, is seeking an Enterprise Delivery Manager in Boston to lead deployments for 10,000+ user enterprise accounts. You will own delivery across planning, implementation and hypercare, and build senior customer relationships.

You will collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics and Engineering, mentor the team, and help scale our Professional Services. 6+ years of experience in large-enterprise software delivery is expected; travel ~20% to US time

Qualifications

• 6+ years delivering software implementations for large enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase delivery projects.
• Strong communication with C-suite and executives.
• Experience in change management and driving value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Blink deployments for large-scale enterprise accounts from planning to deployment.
• Build relationships with executive stakeholders and drive trust.
• Collaborate with Sales for RFPs and align needs with product capabilities.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements.
• Work with Product, Data & Analytics, and Engineering to deliver integrations.
• Track satisfaction, adoption and drive continuous service improvements.
