Job summary

Blink - Employee Experience Platform is seeking an Enterprise Delivery Manager for its Professional Services team in Boston. You will manage large-scale deployments, build trusted executive relationships, and drive adoption of Blink’s SaaS solution across enterprise accounts.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure successful implementations, while mentoring team members and shaping service offerings for scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software implementations for large enterprise customers.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience driving organizational change in large enterprises.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence at all levels (including C-suite).
• Strategic thinking and ability to tie technology to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Blink implementations for large enterprise accounts from planning through deployment and hypercare.
• Build and own relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Align customer priorities with Blink product capabilities and roadmap.
• Support with developing new professional services offerings and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Data & Analytics, and Engineering to deliver technical components.
