Job summary

Blink in Boston is seeking an Implementation Associate to support enterprise software deployments. This role blends project coordination, stakeholder communication, and time management to help deliver Blink to US customers.

It is ideal for a new or recent graduate eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. You'll gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, and using tools like Asana, JIRA, and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Psychology, Computer Science, Communications)
• Exposure to software implementations or managing digital systems in a large organization
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong communicator, comfortable speaking with customers and internal teams
• Experience with Excel, Google Workspace, project management tools (Asana, JIRA) or CRM platforms is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of Blink for large-scale enterprise accounts under guidance
• Lead and manage delivery for a portfolio of smaller customers
• Deliver content to support enterprise implementations (demos, presentations, workshops, webinars)
• Act as project coordination lead (scheduling, notes, actions, deadlines)
• Proactively manage task lists, issue logs, and project trackers (Asana, JIRA)
• Assist with project documentation (timelines, implementation plans, communications)
• Support process improvements through AI automations
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product to set customers up for success
• Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned
• Support wider team operations (research, reporting, asset creation)
